Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• IT infrastructure management and technical support across offices and training centers
• Administration of Microsoft Azure email services and virtual machines
• Firewall, router, switch, wireless access point, and network management
• Domain, hosting, GoDaddy, and C-Panel administration for HF/HT/HHA/HunarTech platforms
• ERP management and focal person responsibilities
• CCTV surveillance and biometric attendance system management
• IT asset and inventory management
• Website administration and WordPress management
• User training, troubleshooting, and technical support
• Data validation and reporting support
• Coordination with vendors, ISPs, and technology service providers
• Support for digital transformation and IT-related projects
• SQL Server backup, restoration, and minimum maintained and connectivity among client.

Job Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or in a relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field
