Key Responsibilities:

🌐 Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other relevant platforms for both organizations.

• Maintain and update social media content calendars.

• Monitor engagement and prepare concise analytics summaries.

• Support digital campaigns, launches, and key announcements.

🎨 Design & Visual Content Support

• Create eye-catching social media graphics and visual assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.

• Assist in formatting reports, presentations, and communication materials.

• Ensure all visual content aligns with organizational branding guidelines.

• Organize and maintain digital photo and video assets.

✍️ Content & Editorial Support

• Draft and edit short-form content for social media and newsletters.

• Adapt technical or programmatic content into accessible, audience-friendly formats.

• Proofread communication materials before publication.

🤝 Coordination & Communications Support

• Liaise with program teams and partners to collect updates, stories, and multimedia content.

• Support email campaigns and other digital outreach activities.

• Coordinate communications-related tasks with team members across both organizations.

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics.

• Basic design skills and knowledge of visual tools.
