REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Directorate of SZABISTZABTech (iTVE) in collaboration with the Government of Sindh and IsDB, invites sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms/consortia to conduct a Baseline Study aiming for women empowerment through Skill development benefitting 6000 women across 30 districts of Sindh.

Scope of Services includes:

•Develop a detailed methodology that accounts for the geographic diversity of 30 districts (coastal, urban, desert, peri-urban). 

•Propose a sampling strategy ensuring statistical representativeness at the provincial level and, where feasible, at the regional/divisional level.

• Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) & Key Informant Interviews (KIIs)

• District-level skills gap analysis

• Data analysis and baseline indicators development

• Preparation of draft and final baseline reports
