Focused on “Solar Technologies” the company has been operating in the public and private sectors for nearly 10 years. QRI maintains its head office in Islamabad and branch offices in KP and Punjab. Geographically the company is well positioned to work in all four provinces of Pakistan, Islamabad Capital Territory, AJK, and Gilgit Baltistan.
We are currently looking for dynamic professionals to assist with daily financial duties and account handling of QRI. The position is based in Peshawar and will require travel to other parts of KP, Islamabad on need basis.

A. Financial reporting and analysis
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and report on variances between actual and budgeted figures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for budget adjustments.
- Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, bill payments and collection of payments.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations related to payroll.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
11. Manage financial aspects of private sector projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.
12. Liaise with project managers to track project budgets and expenditures.
13. Represent QRI at the regional and national fora in connection with business development, promotion etc.
14. Ensure updates regarding all QRI accounts via phone/Zoom calls/emails on need basis and at least twice each month through written reports on formats to be mutually agreed.
15. Manage petty cash and local expenditure as advised by the management.
16. Plan proper budgets and supervise the daily expenses as advised & assigned by senior management.
17. Maintain record of staff leaves records and overtime.
18. Manage annual tax returns, sales tax and resolve routine queries related to FBR and other authorities.
B. Support Role
19. Report site and staff issues immediately to the senior management along with suggestion and remedial actions.
20. Assist the QRI Manager with necessary financial and all other records and submit consolidated report to the Director Operations on weekly basis.
21. Ensure presentations to the QRI Board of management on regular/need basis
22. Represent QRI with or without QRI manager in all meetings with clients, partners, suppliers, administrative bodies and other stakeholders if required.
23. Provide financial support and training to other departments as needed.
24. Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
25. Assist the QRI Manager and other staff in preparation of bids.
26. Managing and facilitating company and Directors/ Shareholders.
