 Project:

A project in Swat District, KP, aims to promote social cohesion by empowering youth and creating sustainable pathways for peace and stability in the region through social entrepreneurship

Job Role:

The Future Skills Trainer will design and deliver capacity-building workshops to prepare trainees with essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, non violent communication to foster resilience among the participants

1. Training Needs Assessment

- Conduct a skills assessment to identify knowledge gaps in participants’ 21st-century skills

- Needs assessment report with recommendations for training topics

2. Develop Training Modules

- Develop a future skills lesson plan covering leadership, critical thinking, and adaptability, interpersonal communication, empathy, decision making, non violent communication, problem solving, collaboration and active learning

- Customized training lesson plan and materials

February 2025

3. Facilitate Training Sessions

- Deliver interactive Trainings on future skills
- Incorporate group exercises and real-world problem-solving scenarios

- Workshop documentation, including attendance, participant feedback, and key learning outcomes

4. Post-Training Evaluation


- Conduct post-training assessment

- evaluation report based on pre and post assessment

February 2025

 


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in delivering 21st-century skills training.
    • Proven expertise in leadership development, problem-solving, and adaptability training.
    • Experience designing interactive and engaging training sessions.
    • Experience working with youth and community stakeholders in cultural sensitive areas is preferred.

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage participants effectively.
  • Fluency in English, Urdu, and Pashto.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to strengthen innovation.
  • Reporting and analytical skills to assess learning outcomes.

Terms of Payment:

 Upon submission and approval of all four Deliverables.
