• Collaborate with technical experts, inspectors, and QA/QC teams to integrate accurate data and methodologies into tender submissions.

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, manufacturers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies regarding tender requirements and clarifications.
• Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.

4. Contract Review and Risk Assessment:

• Review tender documents, contracts, and specifications to identify risks and ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.
• Conduct risk assessments specific to inspection operations, including technical challenges, timelines, and resource availability.

• Develop innovative strategies to position Wajedo as a preferred inspection service provider in target markets.

6. Market Research and Business Development:

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in inspection and third-party QA/QC services.
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry players, certification bodies, and technology providers to enhance the company's market position.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain meticulous records of tender submissions, approvals, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and easy access for audits.
• Prepare analytical reports on tender success rates, market trends, and improvement opportunities to share with senior management.

8. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor the tender team, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes precision, quality, and efficiency in tender processes.

Educational Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanical & Metallurgy Engineering
• Knowledge of inspection standards such as ISO, API, ASME, or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7-12 years of experience in tendering processes, with at least 5 years in inspection, QA/QC, or third-party services.
• Proficiency in tender management tools, ERP systems, and advanced reporting tools.
