CARE Pakistan, in collaboration with the CRHR-BRAVE consortium, is seeking an experienced consultant or firm to conduct a Gender Analysis for the Building Resilience and Addressing Vulnerability to Emergencies (BRAVE) Project. The study will assess gender roles, vulnerabilities, and protection risks in climate-affected communities, with a focus on disaster response and resilience-building.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct a gender analysis across 12 districts in Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab
- Assess gender dynamics, barriers, and vulnerabilities in climate-affected communities
- Identify gender-based violence (GBV) risks and available protection services
- Provide actionable recommendations for gender-responsive programming
- Develop data collection tools, conduct field research, and prepare a final report
Eligibility Criteria:
- Registered consulting firm/individual with at least 5 years of experience in gender analysis, DRR, and climate resilience
- Proven experience in conducting at least 5 similar assignments in the last 5 years
- Strong expertise in gender, protection, and social inclusion
- Capacity to conduct field research and data analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods

Submission Requirements:
- Technical proposal: Approach, methodology, team composition, past experience

- Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for password sharing and further evaluation
