TENDER NOTICE

Pakistan Red Crescent Society KP Provincial Branch invites sealed bids from the registered suppliers/businesses/firms having valid NTN, for the procurement of (ERT Kits) Emergency Response Kits. The Tender document along with sample inspection can be obtained from the mentioned below address not later than 3.00 PM (Monday to Friday) against a fee of PKR 1000.

1. Earnest money @ 5% of the rates quoted shall be submitted by successful bidder in the name of “Pakistan Red Crescent Society”. (Refundable)
2. Sealed bids complete in all respects should be submitted on the below mentioned address through Registered Courier Service or by hand not later than 30 April, 2025(12.00 PM).
3. After due date quotations shall not be entertained. PRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason(s).
