Pak Women is seeking quotations from reputable and experienced car rental companies to provide the following vehicles on monthly basis rent for the period of thirteen months commencing from June1, 2025: 

Scope of Services

• Well-maintained vehicles Suzuki Alto VXR with driver  

• Well-maintained Suzuki Bolan with driver

• Well-maintained Changan Karvaan with Driver   

Ensure that all necessary vehicles’ documentations required as per the regulations of Pakistan are in good order and valid during the period of this agreement.

The vehicles are required for day to day travel within the Peshawar city and Bara tehsils. The selected service provider will be required to ensure safe, comfortable, and reliable vehicles with professional drivers.

All costs of the driver, including salaries, any other associated costs shall be the responsibility of the service provider.

The service provider shall be solely liable for any damage or injury suffered by the staff during any movement due to the fault, negligence or otherwise of the service provider.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms must meet the following criteria:

• Legally registered company with a valid license to operate in Pakistan

• Minimum of three (5) years of experience in providing transportation services

• A fleet of a sufficient number of vehicles in good condition

• Ability to provide services in multiple cities and rural areas as required

Submission Requirements

Interested companies should submit their quotations on their official letterheads with the following details:

• Company profile and contact details

• Fleet details (make, model, year of manufacture)

• Rate card (per kilometer, per day, per month, including fuel and driver charges)

• Terms and conditions of service, including cancellation and replacement policies

• Copies of company registration, tax compliance certificate, and insurance documents

• List of corporate clients served in the past

Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on:

• Competitive pricing (The Prices shall be valid for the duration of 12 months)

• Fleet quality and availability

• Compliance with eligibility criteria

• Past performance and client feedback

• Additional value-added services offered
