Head of People & Culture - WWF-Pakistan

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of People & Culture to develop and execute a forward-thinking People & Culture strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and fosters a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will be responsible for embedding WWF standards and core values into all HR processes and managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with WWF-Pakistan's policies and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement a comprehensive People & Culture strategy aligned with WWF Network standards, core values, and local laws.
- People Development: Oversee the development and implementation of people development strategies to address employee and team capacity-building needs.
- Policy & Best Practices: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the SMT, WWF Network, and the WWF-Pakistan Board, to incorporate best practices and ensure policy alignment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement an effective Performance Management System that links to rewards and recognition.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and maintain a competitive remuneration structure through regular benchmarking and trend analysis.
- Talent Acquisition & Succession: Lead a robust talent acquisition process and develop effective succession plans for key positions.
- HRIS & Administration: Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS/ERP), ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and overseeing end-to-end administrative processes (contracts, payroll, etc.).
- Data Confidentiality & Improvement: Ensure confidentiality of data and suggest system improvements.
- Project Staffing: Assist in identifying staffing requirements for project proposals.
- Workplace Safeguarding: Lead workplace safeguarding initiatives and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring policy compliance.
- Global Collaboration: Actively participate in the Global P&C community on network-wide initiatives.
- Visa & Immigration: Facilitate visa endorsements for international travel and issue invitation letters to foreign nationals, liaising with relevant government departments.
- Other Duties: Undertake any other related assignments as required.
Selection Criteria:
Education, Experience & Working Knowledge:
- Education: Relevant post-graduate qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 9 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in the environment or development sector is desirable. Experience working in a multicultural and multinational environment. Experience with HRIS/ERP systems, including payroll.
- Certifications: Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
