Action Against Hunger invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of Drinking Water Tankering Services in Thatta District – UC Jirk and UC Ongar.

Scope of Work & Technical Requirements

• Provision of 200 total tankers of safe, clean, and potable drinking water to targeted communities in UC Jirk and UC Ongar.

• Each tanker must have a minimum capacity of 4,000 liters per trip.

• Water source must be certified as safe and compliant with Pakistan national drinking water quality standards.

• Delivery schedule will be as per the attached Distribution Plan.

• The supplier must ensure hygiene and cleanliness of tankers at all times before loading and during transportation.

• GPS tracking or trip monitoring should be available for verification of delivery routes.

• The supplier must ensure timely deliveries, even during emergencies or road access challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested service providers must submit:

1. Company Profile – including complete contact details.

2. Relevant Experience – evidence of previous work of similar nature, including past contracts and work orders.

3. Valid Registration Documents – NTN, GST, and other applicable licenses.

4. Proof of Water Quality Compliance – certification or test reports from an accredited laboratory.

Proposal Submission Guidelines

• All quotations must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges.

• Clearly mention quotation validity period (minimum 30 days preferred).

• Quotations should be in PKR and itemized with unit prices and total cost for 200 tankers.

• Payment terms will be as per agreed contractual conditions.

• Action Against Hunger reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
