The LMS Administrator is responsible for the overall management, configuration, support, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes onboarding users, uploading content, tracking progress, troubleshooting issues, and working with relevant teams to ensure smooth and effective e-learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the LMS platform, including user account creation, role assignments, enrollments, and permissions.
- Upload and manage course content, assessments, and resources.
- Monitor and generate reports on user activity, course completion, and performance.
- Coordinate with program and content teams to schedule trainings, courses, and exams on the LMS.
- Conduct user training/orientation sessions and prepare user guides if needed.
- Ensure the LMS content is up-to-date, relevant, and functioning properly.
- Implement new features and updates as per the organization's e-learning strategy.
- Maintain data security and ensure user privacy in accordance with organizational policies.
