Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and drive lead generation through strategic social media marketing. The ideal candidate will craft and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and convert interest into quality leads. You will also oversee content creation that supports our services and company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies focused on lead generation and audience targeting.
  • Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Plan, write, schedule, and publish engaging, SEO-optimized content tailored for each platform.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to align social campaigns with business goals.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure innovative and up-to-date marketing.
  • Create and manage social ad campaigns, especially for UK-based audience targeting.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and message across all digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques through paid and organic campaigns.
  • Exceptional content writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote communication setup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience or familiarity with the accounting, tax, or financial services industry is a plus.
