RFP: Oxford Policy Management seeks to procure a Pakistan-based data collection firm to carry out quantitative and qualitative data collection.
Firms are invited to submit a technical and financial proposal for the data collection and analysis (using both quantitative and qualitative methods) for a research study on TaRL (Teaching at the Right Level) – taking place in Sindh, Pakistan. The selected firm will perform the following activities:
- Quantitative Learning Assessment Surveys: Using digital devices (tablets), the firm will collect primary data on learning outcomes and demographic information.
- Qualitative Data Collection: The firm will use qualitative data collection tools such as Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, and classroom observations to collect qualitative data from a variety of critical stakeholders.
