INTRODUCTION
Penny Appeal Pakistan (PAPK) is initiating a Pre-Qualification Exercise with the aim of developing a panel of reputable, experienced, and reliable companies and organizations. These may include suppliers, vendors, service providers, manufacturers and others engaged in the provision of products and services relevant to PAPK’s operational needs.
We are particularly interested in firms that have demonstrated proven performance in both large-scale and small-scale projects, and have earned a strong track record in their respective industries. The pre-qualified entities will support PAPK’s projects and activities across all major cities of Pakistan and in Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
The primary objective of this exercise is to establish a comprehensive and transparent prequalification system, ensuring that only qualified and competent entities are invited to participate in PAPK’s procurement processes. All reputable and established firms are invited to apply for participation in this process by submitting the attached Prequalification Forms and supporting documents as per the instructions.
Prequalification Forms shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL” stated on the top left and addressed clearly to:
