Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and operationalize comprehensive organizational Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, systems and ensure its alignment with the strategic directives and priority areas set forth by BoDs/ CEO Office.
  2. Systematically collect, verify, and analyze institutional performance data to establish & maintain dynamic databases/ interactive dashboards, and accordingly perform it’s reporting to generate actionable insights for executive-level decision support.
  3. Facilitate adaptive management by proactively identifying systematic challenges, synthesizing lessons learned, and distilling best practices to strengthen organizational effectiveness across all functions and programs.
  4. Coordinate closely with sections/ units and key individuals to maintain evidence-driven planning processes, support continuous strategic learning, and improve initiatives.
  5. Undertake additional assignments and specialized analyses as delegated by senior management, ensuring responsiveness to evolving organizational needs.

 

Qualification:

Minimum 16 years’ qualification in Management Sciences/ Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant field.

 

Experience:

Minimum 03 years’ experience in M&ER within development sector or consulting services

 

Skill-set:

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Professional Software/ Virtual Platforms in relevant Technologies

 

Frequency of Travel:

Occasional travel to Provincial Capitals.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
