Job Purpose: The incumbent would be responsible for developing the session’s plans, improving trainees’ skills and enriching resource material. He/she will also be responsible to maintain trainee’s data, attendance and activity records of the respective batches.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct regular session of Food & Beverage Services, according to the provided modules.
- Cover provided course content in the given time frame of trainings.
- Prepare and facilitate in conducting Pre, Post and final evaluation papers.
- Prepare and facilitate in conducting weekly, monthly assessment according to given lesson plan and course and practical task.
- Attend regularly fortnight trainer meetings.
- Facilitation and coordination with Co-Trainers over day-to-day affairs in trainings
- Data Management in MIS of final Evaluations for concluding and printing certificates.
- Raise Requisitions for material/equipment for Practical sessions
- Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/evaluation sheets related to F&B classes.
- Facilitate training officer to review trainee’s attendance and take feedback of absentees on daily basis.
- Inform trainees about Exams schedule and important events/Functions etc.
- Responsible to manage, coordinate, and provide administrative support.
- Maintain proper documentation of your class and maintain attendance on a daily basis.
- Share monthly progress report of the training
- Any other task assigned by the management.
- Facilitate program staff and colleagues in events e.g. certificate distributions ceremonies, awareness sessions, and job fairs.
- Facilitation in arrangement of small events: visiting of Guests and celebration of various occasions.
Qualification Requirements:
- The Candidate should have at least 14 years of education
- Preference will be given to those candidates, who have done diploma in Food & Beverage Services from any recognized institute.
- At least one years of relevant industrial experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Urdu
