Job Description:

The position is responsible for carrying out qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, reporting, managing and planning GMIS, contributing to development of Punjab Gender Parity Report and other research products.                 

Main Responsibilities:

GMIS Management & Data Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the Project Director and Manager to refine thematic areas and indicators within the GMIS Indicator Framework.
  • Manage GMIS, oversee data collection and analysis, and submit reports to the Project Manager.
  • Perform data cleaning and analysis for information received from provincial departments and district offices.
  • Organize and manage data, ensuring regular audits to maintain data integrity.

Research & Reporting:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze legislative and regulatory aspects, and prepare interpretive reports with recommendations.
  • Assist in developing and refining data collection tools.
  • Work with the Project Manager, Communications Specialist, and Research Associates to draft the Punjab Gender Parity Report and other research materials.
  • Prepare summaries and reports on data analysis and academic literature as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination:

  • Engage with partners and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration.
  • Present findings and updates in senior management meetings.

Project Support & Field Work:

  • Support the design of interventions and impact evaluations, including concept note preparation.
  • Conduct field visits as required with approval from the project director or relevant authority.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the authority
  • Carry out any other task assigned by supervisor
