Latrine Construction & Hand Pump Installation – District Matiari

Sindh Community Foundation (SCF) invites sealed quotations/bids from registered, experienced, and reputable contractors/suppliers for the following works in District Matiari under its ongoing community development project:

Lot 1: Latrine Construction

Quantity: As per site requirement
Design: 5x5 feet dimension with 7 feet height
Construction Type: Brick masonry, RCC slab, plastered & whitewashed
Scope Includes: Superstructure, substructure, septic system, ventilation pipe, and latrine door installation with Septic-Tank.
Completion Timeline: 30 days after award

Lot 2: Hand Pump Installation

Quantity: As per site requirement
Type: Standard Hand Pump with GI pipe and concrete platform
Scope Includes: Digging, boring, pump installation, platform, drainage spout, and quality water testing
Completion Timeline: 30 days after award

Eligibility Criteria:

Valid NTN and GST registration (if applicable)
Certification of Pakistan Engineering Council-PEC
Relevant work experience with NGOs or government organizations
Proven financial and technical capacity
No history of child labor, bonded labor, or community exploitation
Compliance with SCF’s Safeguarding, Anti-Fraud, and Environmental Policies
